(1) The duration of the license will be thirty years at most depending on the nature of the industry.
(2) The licensee who wishes to renew the license shall submit an application in the prescribed format to the authority for the renewal of the license thirty-five days before the expiry of the license period.
(3) The permit holder, who is unable to apply for the renewal of the permit within the period specified in sub-section (2), may submit an application to the authority in the prescribed format within fifteen days of the expiry of the permit period.
(4) If an application is received under sub-section (2) or (3), if the authority finds that the industry is operating at a capacity exceeding thirty percent of the total capacity, the renewal fee as prescribed in the case of the application under sub-section (2) and the renewal fee as prescribed in the case of the application under sub-section (3) and Permits will be renewed for ten years at a time with a late fee.
(5) Other arrangements related to license renewal shall be as prescribed.
